Network Rail

Working with award winning digital agency Desq, we recently created over 25 minutes of bespoke animated content for a series of Network Rail training courses. This covered good old ‘leaves on the line’, ‘high-voltage overhead cables’ and protocol for emergency services when attending a trackside incident. All this required a balance of technical detail and simple animation with copious audio foley to tell the stories in a gentle but evocative way.

The latest instalment explored the drama of the KICC (Kent Incident Control Centre) which called for a number of Kent-centric landscapes, a broad cast of characters and walls of monitors reporting live from the tracks. The feature film will be out soon as part of Marvel phase 12, oh yes…

Do not touch them overhead cables – don’t you dare!

Yes, it’s a ‘shoe gear’ – Mother would be so proud…
