Via Wiley in the US we were commissioned to create a series of animated inserts illustrating key concepts and test cases in a Business Law course for the University of Texas at Austin.
Taking existing green screen footage of the lecturers, we keyed in a white bg and added simple but playful, character-driven animations. Trawling through almost 2 hours of presenter videos we highlighted sequences rife for illustration and went for a black and white sketch style crammed with caricatures, simple animation and sound effects to jolly the whole thing along.
We also went on to create similar sequences for the University of Georgetown in Washington DC covering the topics of corporate finance and the life of acclaimed mathematician Louis Bachelier.
